Shipping and Returns

Return & Refund Policy: All return and refund customer communication will be handled by the authorized retailer. - The customer has a 30-day window from the date they received the item to return it for a refund. - The item must be unused and in the same condition they received it, including the original packaging. - They must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return. - Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. We will provide you with an update on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. - If the return is approved, we will issue you a refund equal to the amount we received from you for this specific item, minus the shipping cost. - The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. - A restocking fee of 20% of the sales will be charged to the client to cover any expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.

PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You acknowledge that although Medical Sauna has attempted to accurately depict the colors of the Medical Sauna products offered on the Site, the color displayed is dependent on many different factors including the display of your computer monitor. As such, you further acknowledge that Medical Sauna is not responsible for any inaccuracies or color variations in the products you purchase from the Site. Moreover, the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor and/or computer settings. Pictures may also be enlarged to show details. In the event of an error in pricing on the Site, Medical Sauna reserves the right to correct such error, and in Medical Sauna’s sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product at an incorrect price or in the event of the item being out of stock. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

VIRUSES Medical Sauna also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the site.

MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS OF USE Medical Sauna may, in its sole discretion, modify the terms of these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time. At the time of any change to the terms of use Medical Sauna will post a notice on the home page. By you continuing to use the site you agree to the acceptance of the modified terms of use.

INDEMNITY You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Medical Sauna, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, demands, and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees), made by any third party arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

THIRD PARTY LINKS The Site may contain links to third party web sites or resources. Medical Sauna makes no representation or warranties concerning such third party web sites or resources and is not responsible for the content or operation of such third party web sites or resources, and shall have no liability in connection with them.

WARNING AGAINST HACKERS It is possible that other users or unauthorized "hackers" may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials to or from the Site and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such materials. It may also be possible for other users or "hackers" to obtain personal information about you. By using the Site, you assume the risk of such occurrences.

TERMINATION You agree that Medical Sauna may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your right to use or make purchases through the Site in the event that: (a) You breach or violate these Terms of Use; and (b) Medical Sauna, in its sole discretion, decides to discontinue access to the Site; You agree that all terminations shall be made in Medical Sauna’s sole discretion and that Medical Sauna shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account or access to the Site.

TRADEMARKS The Medical Sauna logo is a trademark of Medical Sauna Inc. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS (1) Governing Law By accessing the Site, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles or conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Medical Sauna or its affiliates. In addition, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California, and that any action pursued concerning these Terms of Service or your use of the Site shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California. (2) Construction If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of these Terms of Use, and the remainder of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. (3) No Waiver The failure by either you or Medical Sauna to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or any other provision of these Terms of Use. (4) Survival All provisions in these Terms of Use regarding representations and warranties, indemnification, disclaimers and limitations on liability shall survive any termination of these Terms of Use. (5) Headings The headings here of are descriptive only and not to be construed in interpreting the provisions of these Terms of Use.

CUSTOM SAUNAS Shipping & tax are not included in any custom sauna order. When we invoice for the sauna, it is solely for the sauna itself. Initially, the design hasn't even been approved. Once the design is approved and the sauna is manufactured, we can weigh it and send it to the trucking company to determine the shipping cost. Both tax & shipping must be paid before we can dispatch any custom saunas. Since we ship out many saunas, we typically receive wholesale prices on shipping.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will only be charged a 3.89% credit card transaction fee because that is what the credit card company charges us. If you cancel after the 24 hour period, then your sauna has already been shipped and you will be charged the cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the sauna. Custom saunas are non-refundable due to the involvement of 3D designers and various professionals from the design phase to engineering and blueprint creation. We have to hire a team of people to design each custom sauna which takes hundreds of hours. Because each custom sauna requires significant time and resources, there are no refunds for custom saunas after 24 hours from the time the order is placed because we have already contracted a team of professionals to start working on the blueprint of your sauna.

7 DAY RETURN POLICY If you are unhappy with your sauna for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the sauna within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. Because a sauna which is opened and even installed is no longer new, we cannot resell it; for this reason, only unoped packages will be accepted for returns. Prior written return authorization is required. Any returned sauna must be in its original cartons and packaging at the time of the return request. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the sauna in its original cartons and packaging if return is requested. The sauna must also be secured on the same crate prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for return freight shipping, as well as a 25% restocking fee. If you cancel after the product has been shipped and in transit you will be charged the actual cost of the outbound and returned shipping costs, regardless of what promotion was offered when you purchased the sauna. If you cancel before the product is shipped you will be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee. After we receive the sauna for inspection, we will issue a refund of the sauna. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued. The seven day return does not apply to custom saunas. Custom saunas are non-refundable. However, if there any any aspect of the sauna that came damanged or broken, we will rebuild the parts and ship it to you at our cost. We guarantee our work or we will make it again to your satisfaction.

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@nubreath.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 30% restocking and handling fee for all returns, which means that you will be refunded 70% of your purchase price after the return has been accepted and processed.

Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded 70% of your purchase price on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING POLICY: All items returned will be subject to a 20% restock fee. No Exceptions. Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, gift certificate, or exchange (less shipping and handling). This includes all costs incurred by Scandia Mfg for transporting items promoted with free shipping. Items must be returned at the customer's expense, in new condition, in the original box with the manufacturer's packaging and information.

No returns for refunds or exchanges will be granted after 14 days of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (877) 467-2862 or customerservice@scandiamfg.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The following items are not returnable: Any equipment that has been previously installed, buckets and ladles, back and head rests, aromatherapy oils, towels, room kits (both modular and pre-cut), steam cabinets, doors and all customized items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty and are mentioned on their packaging or in their documentation. We do not provide any warranty over and above the manufacturer's warranty. If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any item purchased through Scandia Mfg, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (877) 467-2862 or customerservice@scandiamfg.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

REFUSALS Delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or RPS: If you refuse an item that is delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or RPS, for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by Scandia Mfg, the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges. This includes all costs incurred by Scandia Mfg for transporting items promoted with free shipping.

REFUSALS DELIVERED BY COMMERCIAL FREIGHT COMPANIES: If you refuse an item that is delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by Scandia Mfg, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders for pre-cut sauna kits, modular sauna rooms, steam rooms, commercial and residential steam room equipment, gas sauna heaters, doors and all custom made items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order and cannot be returned.

POLICIES: Liability will extend only to the amount of the invoice. Scandia Mfg is not responsible for delayed shipment due to the shipping company. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNING ITEMS: In addition to acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the Customer Service Department, the address of where the product will be returned to needs to be obtained, because Scandia Mfg uses a network of manufacturers located across the United States. Please contact the Customer Service Department at 1 (877) 467-2862 or customerservice@scandiamfg.com to discuss both these pieces of information.

NOTE: No Refunds or Returns will be granted without a RMA number or proper return address given by the Customer Service Department.

Don't love your purchase? We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

If your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, Cryospring will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other return reasons, shipping will be at your expense. To start a return, please contact us at hello@cryospring.com.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned - consumable items such as water filters, and any custom built products (such as personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to. Returns

 

At Rest Dome, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless the manufacturer policy on the product page(s) specifies differently.

 

To qualify for a return, your product(s) must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

To start a return, contact us at info@restdome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package. Note that return shipping costs for certain products are the customer's responsibility, as detailed in the manufacturer policies on the product page. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Wrongfully Sent Products

 

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please email us at info@restdome.com with photos of the wrong product and proof of your original purchase.

 

How Customers Can Return Products

 

By mail: Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

The restocking fee is up to 25%, unless the manufacturer specifies differently.

 

Return labels for defective products can be downloaded/printed. In case of customer remorse, the customer bears the responsibility.

Change of mind is not acceptable for returns or refunds. Please ensure your order is correct in terms of color, size, and model.

Refusals


Delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx, RPS, or commercial freight companies. If you refuse an item that is delivered for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by the manufacturer, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges. This includes all costs incurred by Rest Dome and the manufacturer for transporting items promoted with free shipping.

 

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Post-shipment cancellations incur up to a 25% restocking fee. No fee if the item hasn't shipped.

 

Cancellations of Custom & Built-to-Order Orders

 

Custom or built-to-order products, which are made specifically for your order, cannot be cancelled or refunded unless stated on the product page.

 

These custom products begin production immediately upon order. They come with a functional guarantee and warranty (see product page). Contact us if unsure about your order's status. For these products, all sales are final unless stated otherwise on the product page.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

You may exchange your purchase. However, shipping fees for returns or exchanges are your responsibility as the consumer.

 

Not all orders can be cancelled or returned once dispatched, depending on the manufacturer's policy. Contact us for specific information on your brand or product.

 

Any returns incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs due to high LTL/freight shipping expenses.

 

We might assist with some costs for different replacement products. For specific return details and manufacturer restrictions, refer to the product pages.

 

Shipping Times

 

We strive to deliver orders promptly. Shipping timeframes are estimates from our suppliers and freight partners and may change.

 

Delays due to supply chain issues, production holdups, and high demand are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

 

Exchange Agreement

 

By purchasing from Rest Dome, you agree to:

 

Check the package upon delivery and report any damages to Rest Dome within 24 hours with pictures and notes.

Pay for return shipping and new product shipping in case of a refund or exchange.

Understand that products must be returned unopened and unused, and a restocking fee may apply.

Acknowledge that no full refund is possible after the order has left the warehouse.

Accept responsibility for restocking fees (typically around 25%) and return shipping costs if the purchase is returned after dispatch.

Not cancel orders or submit chargebacks due to delays or incorrect shipping estimates outside Rest Dome's control.

Damages

 

Inspect your item(s) upon arrival for damage. Report any imperfections when signing for delivery. Email us at info@restdome.com with photos of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a damage description. We’ll file an insurance claim on your behalf. Freight damage claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival.

 

Warranty

 

Warranties are available on specific product pages and vary by manufacturer. Warranties cover damages during use. If an item arrives damaged and is not reported within 30 days, it will not be covered by the warranty.

 

Returns

 

Return shipping costs and reconsignment fees at Rest Dome are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise on the product page.

 

Most of our products come with a guarantee warranty, ensuring a fully functional device. For warranty terms, refer to each product's page.

 

BOGO Promotions

 

For a full refund under a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned. If only one is returned, choose a replacement or store credit equivalent to the item's individual purchase cost.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs post-dispatch, and a restocking fee may apply. Refunds are processed to the original payment card.
